2021 Pinot Noir
Beautifully fruited and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, cherry, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and warm spice characters. The palate is succulent and rounded, displaying attractive fruit intensity and smooth texture, firmly structured by chalky tannins.
Wine Makers Notes
A primary, fruit-driven nose with aromas of dark fruit, blackberry and strawberry conserve, crushed herbs and polished, milky-coffee oak. Soft, rounded, modern, extremely drinkable wine with pretty fruit-jube flavours, plenty of polish and wide commercial appeal.
Colour: deeply coloured, ruby red
Aroma: powerful aromas of strawberry, plum and spices
Palate: rich mouthfeel, structured wine with a linear acidity bringing length and lingering finish
