2019 Pinot Noir
Beautifully fruited and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, cherry, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and warm spice characters. The palate is succulent and rounded, displaying attractive fruit intensity and smooth texture, firmly structured by chalky tannins.
Wine Makers Notes
Pretty, primary, delicate nose with aromas of raspberries, pink roses, candied apple, cinnamon, sea salt and vanilla. Light-medium-bodied, supple, fresh style with bright red fruit and some mellow, mocha, vanilla oak encased in robust, chalky tannin. Needs time.
Colour: deeply coloured, ruby red
Aroma: powerful aromas of strawberry, plum and spices
Palate: rich mouthfeel, structured wine with a linear acidity bringing length and lingering finish
