2014 Pinot Noir

A beautifully composed pinot, the inviting bouquet shows dark berry, smoked game, hazelnut and subtle mushroom notes. The palate is ripe and rounded with lovely fruit weight and intensity, elegantly framed by silky texture and fine tannins. The wine combines attractive fruit flavours with bottle matured savoury complexity, making it a lovely food partner.

Aroma: displays dark and wild fruits like cherry, plum and blueberry with an underlying hint of spices – thyme, liquorice and vanilla

Palate: The palate abounds in deep fruits, supplemented by vanilla beans and dark chocolate. The fine grained tanins and lively acidity give the wine length aging potential

2015 Pinot Noir

This is attractively lifted on the nose showing black cherry, plum, clove and nutmeg characters with hints of floral and black olives. The palate delivers sweet berry flavours with spicy/savoury nuances, beautifully supported by rounded mouthfeel and polished tannins, finishing long and engaging.

Colour:  deeply coloured, ruby red

Aroma:  burst of fresh red fruits; raspberry, red currant and cherry

Palate: rich mouthfeel, structured wine with a linear acidity bringing length and lingering finish

Additional Information: Harvest Date: 28nd April 2015, pH: 3.50, 

Total Acidity: 6g/l, Alcohol content: 13,5%vol

2016 Pinot Noir

A youthful charmer, the wine shows lifted aromas of black/red cherry, raspberry, floral and mixed spice, leading to a juicy palate that is fruit expressive and silky. The wine shows elegance as well as savoury complexity, and finishes long with fine delicate tannins. Beautifully balanced and harmonious, delightful drinking.
