As with all South River single vineyard wines, the Pinot Gris is hand picked from the best spots and only the best fruit makes it through to the bottle for your drinking pleasure.

2014 Pinot Gris

The 2014 Pinot Gris shows some appealing developed characters, the complex bouquet shows backed apple, grapefruit, spice and nutty characters with subtle flinty undertones. The palate is elegantly weighted and delicately fruited, and displays fine texture and a hint of sweetness, well balanced by bright acidity, finishing long and attractive.

Aroma: aromas of white peach, nectarine and mango

Palate: generous palate. Off-dry style with long lingering finish

2016 Pinot Gris

Light, fresh and delicate Pinot Gris, with a hint of sweetness balanced by tangy acidity. Citrus and subtle spicy flavours. A simple wine with appealing purity and a silken texture.

Color:  clear wine with a green hue

Aroma: elegant aromas of white flowers, nectarine and pear 

Palate: rich and smooth palate, generous aromas of sweet summer fruits and grapefruit peel
